Speed Shop Specialties is always looking for qualified technicians for part and full time requiring applicants with positive attitudes and excellent skill levels. There are many positions available, depending on qualifications, from Installation technicians to performance engine building and tuning. Solution thinkers and repair experience is a must in this environment. A high level of motivation, positive attitude, and a desire for quality service is a must.

Areas of Specialties and Interest Include:

Automotive Technicians
- Diagnoses and repairs of brake and hydraulic, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
- Custom exhaust builds
- Maintain an organized and neat bay
- Continuously learning new technical information and techniques in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- ASE Certifications are required for certain Automotive positions. Please inquire.
- 1 year Minimum college or Vocational training
- 6 months to 3 years Minimum Required Experience
Exhaust Automotive Tube Bending and Fitting Specialist
- Diagnoses and repairs of Exhaust Systems.
- Custom exhaust builds
- Maintain an organized and neat bay
- Continuously learning new technical information and techniques in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- ASE Certifications are required for certain positions. Please inquire.
- 1 year Minimum college or Vocational training
- 2 years Minimum Required Experience
Counter and Installation Technicians
- Quick and efficient service on customer vehicles.
- Identify maintenance issues to provide customer with a well serviced vehicle
- Maintain an organized and neat bay
- Continuously learning new technical information and techniques in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Speed Shop training may be required to complete before servicing vehicles (in house training)
- 1 year Minimum college or Vocational training
- 2 years Minimum Required Experience
Performance Engineering Specialists
- Quick and efficient service on customer vehicles.
- Identify maintenance issues to provide customer with a well serviced vehicle
- Maintain an organized and neat bay
- Continuously learning new technical information and techniques in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
